I placed an order over 2 weeks ago with 1-1-2 days delivery and haven't received my item. Emailed the company with no reply. Emailed a second time and was given a tracking number. The tracking number given said the item had been delivered but was in a completely different part of England to where I live. Still haven't received my order. Very poor
As if being pregnant throughout a pandemic wasn’t stressful enough we have had nothing but poor communication from Samual Johnston. For 3 months we have chased up our travel system which was ordered under the misleading information that it was in stock and should be delivered within 7 working days....3 months later after countless emails and phone calls we have received our push chair and it is the wrong colour. My baby is due within days and this added stress is not needed!! To all expectant parents I would avoid using this site.

Great service! The product was the cheapest price we could find on the internet. Arrived on time and was well packaged. They said we would receive free gifts and was pleasantly surprised at just how much we were given. Really happy and would use again! Would recommend to anyone!

So happy I found this company online. We had been interested in the iCandy but was a little out of our price range. For the same price as just the pram in the shop in Ireland , we got a full bundle including a cosleeper, high chair and car seat. I read the reviews of the company prior to ordering and the only issue seemed to be the delivery time so we ordered it with a lot of time to spare. Funnily enough it arrived 2 days later! Check all products that arrived, all perfect ! Couldn’t be happier ! Also if you’ve any questions I wrote to their Facebook page with queries prior to ordering our product and they were answered within 24 hours. 5* company
I ordered the classic winnie the pooh set whilst the item was lovely and good quality the box was damaged on arrival.I purchased this as a gift so the condition of the packaging was important.I emailed samuel johnstone and explaind what had happened,but have yet to reiceve a reply.I understand we are going through a pandemic,but expected a reply by now.disappointed with the service

I purchased a maxi cosi next to me crib a few months back and unfortunately had some issues with the item. The team were really good and asked for me to return and refunded as soon as they received the item. Thanks

I had a great experience with Samuel Johnston. I had went to their store during early pregnancy to have a look at prams for baby. I didn’t make a purchase that day as it was too early but not once did I feel pressured to do so and I was given a full demonstration on the new Noordi pram. I lived in Scotland at the time and made a point in coming back to purchase my Noordi pram from Samuel Johnston as I was so impressed. Other stores did not have the same knowledge and also tried to pressure me into buying different prams which I did not want. First class service.
Supporting an independent family-run business is important to me. Your service is good - my pram / travel system / car seat all arrived with approx 10 days & i'm very happy with our pram!
I bought a bundle from Samuel Johnston last year for my first baby, it was excellent value for money and arrived very quickly with great communications. I came back and bought my convertible car seat from them too!! I recommend Samuel Johnston to anyone shopping for their little one now!
I placed an order for the Silver across Wayfarer Camden bundle, it was a bargain! The service was excellent & as fast as I expected it all to arrive.
